UX Research & Design for NudgeTV

The Problem

The problem we suspect is that millennials who watch television on a regular basis want more from their experiences watching and streaming television shows and movies.

Research Goals

The goal of this user research is to validate assumptions about what users want more of when interacting with their favorite tv shows, movies, or sporting events. I conducted seven user interviews for my research.

Target Audience

The target audience is people who view television on a regular basis and who are interested in e-commerce. The age range is generally people in their 20s or 30s, millennials and younger.
